InvestorLink is an investment lead referral program that connects private landholders in the Aerotropolis (excluding Bradfield City) with prospective investors (or occupiers), providing a transparent, efficient and equitable process for enquiry referral.
The program seeks to capture growing private sector interest in the Aerotropolis, as the opening of Western Sydney International Airport approaches.
Landholders
Open to landholders with a verified holding of at least 1,000 sqm of land in the Aerotropolis who are on a planning pathway.

NSW and Commonwealth financial incentives
Businesses locating at Bradfield City may be eligible for a wide range of NSW and Commonwealth Government incentives, subject to standard program criteria.
NSW Government support may include:
- Grants for innovation, advanced manufacturing, commercialisation and net zero industries
- Targeted programs for clean technology, housing innovation and medical devices

Australian Government support may include:
