A unique opportunity
The Enterprise Precinct is the first release of enterprise-zoned land in Bradfield City.
Sitting adjacent to the Advanced Manufacturing Readiness Facility (AMRF), the Precinct offers a strategic opportunity to locate in an advanced industry precinct. The Precinct provides an ideal setting for industrial or operational activities that contribute to advanced technologies, research, collaboration or knowledge-sharing within the Enterprise Precinct.
In particular, activities in advanced industries such as aerospace, clean technology, construction & advanced materials, defence, education & research, freight & logistics technologies, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor technology or circular economy. or other activities that support the precinct’s growth and economic development goals.
The Enterprise Precinct will give businesses room to move, with flexible, modular spaces designed for technology, manufacturing, and research.
Flexible leasing, pre-approved fit-outs, and proximity to the AMRF mean tenants can get operational faster, collaborate more easily, and scale without disruption.
