Opportunities in Bradfield City

City Precinct University EOI

An opportunity to anchor education and research at the city’s heart.

Leading Australian infrastructure developer Plenary has been appointed as development partner for Bradfield’s City Precinct (First Land Release) – a 5.7 hectare mixed use precinct next to the Bradfield Metro Station, Central Park and the AMRF Precinct.

Opportunities in the City Precinct - University

Plenary is seeking a university presence to anchor education and research at the city’s heart, with industry-aligned programs, and applied research and placements that further advance Bradfield City’s public and private enterprise, including the Advanced Manufacturing Readiness Facility (AMRF).

As an anchor institution, the university will play a defining role in shaping a vibrant new city where education, research, and industry converge. It will be a driver of talent and investment, building a platform for attracting world-best researchers, students and industry collaborators to Bradfield City.

With direct access to advanced manufacturing capabilities, our university partner will be uniquely positioned to put industry collaboration at the centre of its vision. This presence will play a critical role in building the skills pipeline and R&D capabilities required to grow priority industries in Bradfield City and abroad.
