What we are looking for
The Authority is seeking occupants with:
- Commitment to contributing to the vision of an innovation-driven Enterprise Precinct.
- Industrial or operational activities that contribute to advanced technologies, research, collaboration or knowledge-sharing within the Enterprise Precinct. In particular, activities in advanced industries such as aerospace, clean technology, construction & advanced materials, defence, education & research, freight & logistics technologies, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor technology or circular economy. Or other activities that support the precinct’s growth and economic development goals.
- Willingness to collaborate with government and other stakeholders to foster a thriving Precinct.

Leading Australian infrastructure developer Plenary has been appointed development partner for the City Precinct – a 5.7 hectare mixed use precinct next to the Bradfield Metro Station, Central Park and the AMRF Precinct.

AMRF Precinct
The First Building
The First Building houses the initial phase of the $300 million AMRF, Advanced Manufacturing Readiness Facility (AMRF), features unique high industrial grade equipment and leading experts to help businesses strengthen their advanced manufacturing competitiveness.
Advanced semiconductor packaging
From 2028, the Second Building will host Australia’s first commercial advanced semiconductor packaging and testing capability, supporting critical sectors including defence, medical devices, robotics, clean energy and industrial electronics, and strengthening sovereign technology resilience.
BDA will be co-investing in the development of this new capability and is seeking a leading partner to operate the facility.
